Why aren’t you making progress?
You’re not making progress because you keep abandoning what works.
You think you need more information. A new strategy. A new mentor. You assume progress requires a new solution.
- If you struggle to lose weight, you assume you need a new diet plan.
- If you struggle to grow on social media, you assume you need a new niche.
- If you struggle to meditate, you assume you need a new technique.
We overvalue new solutions and undervalue old solutions.
Old solutions don’t feel new and exciting. They seem like something we have already considered. But just because a solution is known does not mean it’s utilized effectively.
Progress hides behind boring solutions implemented consistently.
- Stay consistent with a proven diet and you lose the weight.
- Stay consistent in your existing niche and you grow.
- Stay consistent with your current spiritual practice and you sharpen your awareness.
Mastering the fundamentals isn’t thrilling, but it’s effective. You don’t need a better plan. You need to stop abandoning the one you have.
So take the method you already know works and ask yourself:
Where can I be more consistent with what already works?
